U S A. 17870, Apr 28 at 1448, surprised to find Spanish here, anti-Russian
comments, 1449 VOA editorial, S5/S7; 1456 R. Martí ID for 1180 and vague
``onda corta``; so the separate Grimesland broadcast aimed at Cuban
mercenaries for Russia in Ukraine has abruptly shifted from 17865 for the
Sat/Sun only broadcast at 13-17. Neither 17865 nor 17870 appears in latests
Aoki, EiBi nor HFCC! And I see no ACI or CCI reason to change. Maybe
avoiding jamming? Not aware of any. At 1559 it`s S7/S9 into UTwente, but I
can`t get the few Kiwis in western Russia or eastern Europe to run. Some now
labeled as not covering higher MHz bands. M-F 17-21 UT 17690 ex-17680 is
also missing from HFCC. About due for another change without notice (Glenn
Hauser, OK, WOR)
