Turkey. 9880 VOT April 3 on this possible new frequency maybe ex 9875 to avoid
Pyongyang co channel. Observed at 2030 s/on in English until s/off 2130.
Noted its absence on 9875 April 2 so it may have moved to 9880 then. Not sure
if a permanent frequency change or another switching error at Emirler? (
