modulated, still at 2216. But when I check UTwente, where measured, at
2228 outroducing `The Energy Agenda`, into music, it`s S9+45/50 with
sufficiently good modulation altho slightly less than also strong
Romania 11800. 2241 `Turkey`s Geomarked {sic} Products` about some
kind of goat/sheep milk into cream/butter (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

about ARGENTINA, S9/+25. Surely RAE relay but at totally unsked time
and frequency. 9955 used to stay on overnight on UT Sat & Sun only
with TOMBS. And still as such this hour on the System E, TOMBS sked.
But current System B sked shows at 06-10 UT, World Radio Network, and
Internet only except weekends 9955! WRN`s own A24 sked for N America,
and Europe, at 0600 UT shows Deutsche Welle (in English, of course).
The separate WRMI grid for RAE relays shows Spanish only at 01-02
