carriers are on again, S9+5, no modulation audible of 105.5 translator
relay; was not on earlier in the day on July 3.

modulation, on 27224.85 and 27184.54. Seemed steady but by 1513,
remeasured at 27224.76 and 27184.46. Yet another check at 1810:

July 4 at 1510, WRMI-3 is off today as it is scheduled to be. 9395 &
9455 are audible. But propagation is very degraded. Nothing audible on
16m at 1504, tho WRMI-7, 17790 is supposed to start at 1500; very
little on 19m, but WRMI-9, 15770 is audible with T2P (Glenn Hauser,
