What I can understand from the waterfall and spectrum analysis

Reception via TWR kSDR Cyprus

This is clearly a carrier shifting upwards to around 8-9 kHz.  The
modulation dissipates in proportion with the carrier to a max length of
18kHZ reaching to around 11952KHz. The spectrum analyzer shows that the LSB
side has less modulation than he USB part

Today the signal 25/9  1z+ is centered on 11936.159 kHz. It is highly
variable to a range of ±100HZ More zoom could help but the

Here is the waveform as tested in an audio program : 13 HZ for the marked 1
second!
