Nothing noted of VoINS Palang Karaya on 3325 kHz in 90 meterband today.

as ``1450 zulu`` - a sesquimonth after DST, they`re still stuck an
hour off! Robovoice cannot notice the contradixion, then correctly
citing time of a reading somewhere as 1500. Certainly hope in matters
of life & death, Canadian Forces can be more accurate. As always, some
reports received, others ``no report received``. Since all times are
always Zulu, local DST changes should be irrelevant and ignored! with

nefarious purpose of this, CNR1 jamming from Kunming site vs Sound of
Hope. I notice both EiBi & Aoki now show transmitter sites of many
jammers; how do they know? Well, this is registered in HFCC as if
normal non-jammer. Of course hundreds of SOH frequencies are never in
HFCC. OTOH, WOOB jamming such as just below 19, 16, 15, 13 and 11 MHz
are never registered. I guess HFCC puts up with this since something

I have been checking for it often. I guess right now higher-latitude
paths from Europe are attenuated. Per mwlist, it`s 150 or 200 kW, but
with outdated sked; the only possible competition powerwise would be
