UZBEKISTAN  9864 / 9874 / 9883 kHz OPPOSITION. Voice of Tibet from Oslo 
via CRRT RRTM Telecom Tashkent Uzbekistan Shortwave Transmitting bcast center.
March 7; s/on 1300UT starting out on 9864 kHz and nice signal with YL in 
Tibetan,
mellow instl mx burst and into nx. No QRM at first, whats- oever, but annoying 
het tone to notch out starts at 1301 UT. Jumps to 9874 kHz at 1306 UT,
a clean fqy today. Jumped to unknown next fqy at 1312 UT ... aaaaannnnd ...
it is found to be 9883 kHz.
