** U S A. 5085, UT Sat Aug 9 at *0059, WTWW carrier on, with some hum,
0100 preacher starts. 0205 check: modulation is very distorted.
H2Ofall into Georgia shows worse on the lower side, but unusable on
upper side either. Hope it`s fixed in less than an hour for WORLD OF
RADIO. 0213 off and soon back on, much improved but still somewhat
distorted (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A [and non]. Pre-`AAAWWW` chex of WBCQs, Aug 8 at 2348 into NH
SDR: 3265 & 5130 off. 6160.001 S5/S7 of CRI. 7490 -72 Hz = 7489.928
S9+27 of FKB. 9330.00 S9/+10 of WLCR in Portuguese. At *2355, 6160 -73
Hz = 6159.927 cut on in IS & ID, but not 5130- altho the Area 51
webcast is musicking. UT Sat Aug 9 at 0000, 7490 announces it
originally aired 4/18/25: never mind, as I reported it at the time.
It`s also on 9330 now. And 6160 goes to something else. At 0128,
5129.9 is on with algo, Turner? And 6160 is off again (Glenn Hauser,
OK, WOR)

UNIDENTIFIED. 7235 AM, Aug 8 at 0615, yet again that JBA carrier,
trace of mod? No, but a ham on LSB is right on it; I normally tune in
USB (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
