** CHINA. 13690, Sept 3 at 2211, music at S9+20 but very heavy flutter
and Doppler flutter, as appropriate for CRI Spanish via Shijiazhuan
site, 500 kW at 315 degrees, i.e. NW thru the Siberian auroral zone on
the way to target Spain, but much closer to transpolar toward here

** CUBA. 9710, Sept 3 at 0104, 0230, 0402 chex, no signal from RHC,
nor on 6000; previous night had reports from Ron Trotto and Tony
Pavick of RHC English on 9710 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** CUBA. 15230, Sept 2 at 2213, RHC Spanish, S9+10 and not suptorted,
much stronger on // 13780 S9+10/20; and some other music on 11760,

** CUBA. Chris Campbell says he got this from his RHC contact today
Sept 3:
``This is the latest information about RHC`s shortwave service. As of
yesterday, broadcasts resumed from the Nauta {sic: Bauta} Center on
transmitters 4 and 5 on frequencies 11760, 15140 and 11950 kHz. We now
have programs on shortwave. The 2:00 a.m. English program, which was
scheduled to air on 6100 kHz, is now being broadcast on 11760 because
there is no antenna for that frequency``
Then I check 15140 at 1846 and get a JBA carrier direct. After 1900
into Georgia? remote it is RHC in English but VP signal. The 1900
English broadcast had not been heard for many months.?
Further chex at 2159 direct: 15230 is on with algo, no 15140 or 13780.
At 2350, none of all these frequencies audible into Maryland SDR

** OKLAHOMA [and non]. 91.3, Sept 4 at 2118 UT, local on 91.1 is off,
clearing the way for an AFR station on 91.3, which per WTFDA FMDB must

AIR1 19603`` - meanwhile the adjacent Air1 on 90.9 in OKC is still
there.?
KKRD coordinates are I believe on the Broadway Tower in downtown Enid,
so I check whether another station there at exactly same coordinates
is also off? Yes! ``K288FX relay of:KYLV 88.9 105.5 NORTH ENID OK 0.25
kW 0.0 m 36-23-57 97-52-48 CONTEMPORARY CHRISTIAN K-LOVE 140182``
On 105.5 at 2119 I hear instead ``Cowboy Country 105.5`` which is
normally blocked: ``KGFY 105.5 STILLWATER OK 4.2 kW 119.8 m 36-10-47
97-00-38 COUNTRY COWBOY COUNTRY 105.5 22267`` By next check 2203 UT
however, 91.1 is back on and 91.3 cannot be heard; 105.5 not rechecked

Sept 3 at 2158 we are all set for resumption of SNR English with a
publicized 1-hour weekly broadcast - but NO SHOW! 2200 instead RNE ID
(not REE) and `Futuro Abierto` program about sleeplessness - insomnia
in Spanish.?
Jean-Michel Aubier reports on the earlier Wed scheduled English: ``But
no English broadcast at 1004 (12.04 local time) on the livestream
although the website indicates a transmission at this time (Spanish

recognizable.

Also confirmed Wednesday September 3 at 2127 the 2100 on WBCQ 7490 -72
Hz = 7489.928, S7/S9 into Maryland SDR.
Also confirmed Wednesday September 3 at 2330 on WRMI 9395, S9+10/15
