Hello Alain, hello Maurits, The frequencies authorized for use by the Missionary Voice are: 5940, 9665, and 11750 kHz. In fact, these frequencies verified have been outside these numbers for quite some time. 11754 kHz has been reported as VM by both people here in Brazil and people from other countries. Therefore, until further notice, you can assume that what you heard was VM (diverted from 11750 kHz).
