whoopers, or wobblers, or squeakers as I have sometimes called them,
have not been heard for almost two months during routine latenight MW
bandscans. Last noted under WWL 870 was August 16; under WHO 1040 on
August 19; and once under WSB 750 on August 26 (Glenn Hauser, OK,

YHWH tnx to tip from Rick Barton, AZ, who was hearing him at 1705,

Rick! At 1735 UT, YHWH (11915) mostly fair reception, heard via remote

Maryland, but only poor and by now *is* in English, MQ reciting
imminent B25 frequencies, including 9680, typo? instead of 9690,
should it really be on air at all. By then, English should be at 23-24

CUBA 4764.997 very weak audio signal JBA S=4 at 00.41 UT.
5024.994 poor JBA S=4 R Rebelde musi px at 00.45 UT
6000 and 9580 kHz - nil, not on air, not in use Oct 23.
9710even CUB RHC ENGLISH (not Sp) from Quivican San Felipe
TITAN site, most probably one of the two re-aligned serviced TX's
or even newly purchased shortwave transmitter recently.
S=9+25dB powerful wonderful clean audio quality at 00.52 UT,
letterbox program in English was in progress, program noted tonight
00 to 02 UT ! Annmt of letterbox end at 00.54:20 UTC, followed by
easy listening GUITAR MX of similar Mexican style.
Address in En given as ' P.O.B. 6240' since decades now 65 years though ?
at 00.54:06 UTC. Very poor underneath co-channel noted typical
Chinese CNR1 Mandarin px music (!) from Beijing bcast center.
But the Chinese music never spoiled the enjoyment of the RHC
English broadcast. Never.
\\ When checked later 9710 kHz channel another time again,
noted \\ RHC QUI 11760even kHz exact frqy, S=9+15dB at 01.09:23 UT
also nice clean audio quality !
