Nothing even in the extended PTA makes any sense. No Newcastle IL. Where there's a Newcastle, I can't pinpoint a Springfield within 80 or 90 miles, or vice versa. Newcastle PA makes the most sense [Grove City] but no Springfield is in the ballpark at all. I would KNOW a Newcastle OH if it was worthy of being mentioned in a station's coverage! Even more so a Newcastle MI (Springfield is a suburb of Battle Creek), but with 95.3 Battle Creek no 95.1 could claim that Springfield anyway. I likewise don't know a Springfield IN worthy of mention. Wiki shows a tiny one near Tunica which is entirely out of range. 94.1 WWDK Jackson MI - SURELY what you had with the DeWitt mention. DeWitt is also a suburb of Syracuse and I doubt there's a 94.1 near there with Syracuse's huge 94.5.
