** CUBA. 5025, July 3 at 0638, R. Rebelde not off the air, S9+20/25
direct but under- or just-barely modulated in HSNL. Still no sign of
RHC anywhere (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** OKLAHOMA. There is now another obstacle to my SW monitoring - Noise
pulses once exactly every second over very wide range, roughly 5 to 22
MHz. Circa 13 MHz band, hitting S9+10 into my external longwire
antenna, JBA on inside wire. Smax of an electric fence. There used to
be some such yards a few blox away but no pulses there when I approach
them. Apparently constant, at 0650 UT and still after 1300, 1930 July
