6000 exact frq CUB RHC distorted tiny Cuban SW signal at 03.27 UT of
RHC via Quivican San Felipe TITAN bcast center 250 kW requested
but I perceived the received En sce signal more as a 10–20 kW
"tiny signal" — if that. Compared to R Marti 6030 kHz powerhouse
strength from USAGM Greenville NC state broadcast center
and also 12.060 kHz S=5 harmonic signal outlet too, at same time !
