** MEXICO. 730, July 16 at 0644, amid Mexmx, ``104.7 - la laguna``
sounded like, instead of ``La Más Picuda``, but it`s still XEHB,
Hidalgo del Parral, Chihuahua, in IRCA Mexican Log as with FM 104.7
(Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** OKLAHOMA. 91.7, July 16 at 0157 UT, KOSU with $tereo pilot on,
first time seen in a longtime, during music. They never answered my
inquiry why it was stuck in mono. July 16 at 1835, $ pilot still on
during talk programming: so now, stuck in $tereo even if no $ content
(Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** OKLAHOMA. 94.3, July 16 at 0206 UT as I am tuning around for Es, no
luck, it seems that the KSPI 780 translator is instead relaying the
real KSPI-FM from 93.7 - but not synch and they soon diverge. Maybe
coincidentally playing same song? 780 daytimer is off. 94.3 soon ID as
Pete 94.3 (Glenn Hauser, Enid, WOR)

** ROMANIA. ``Glenn, on my recent checks of RRI English on 11620 at
0000 I’ve found the signal level to be decent, but the audio level is
consistently low. Meanwhile RRI Romanian on 11800 always has robust
audio, thus the apparent reception difference. Stephen Luce, Houston,
Texas`` (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
