The Hardball Briefing On MSNBC
------------------------------------------------------
If it's Wednesday, it's The Hardball College Tour...Folks, we're going a bit outside
the box tonight with Joe Eszterhas, famed Hollywood screenwriter...You may not know
the name or face but you certainly know his movies: "Basic Instinct", "Show girls",
"Flashdance" & "Sliver"...He also authored the book "American Rhapsody" about the
Bill/Monica scandal...Eszterhas, a self-described "militant smoker," was faced with a
life-altering choice when 18 months ago, he was diagnosed with throat cancer at The
Cleveland Clinic. Now, he's crusading against the glamorization of smoking in
Hollywood...He's got an amazing story and we'll discuss it with him, his wife and his
doctors live from Cleveland State University...
And if you're in the neighborhood, why don't you drop on by?...You can ask a question
and get on TV (and btw, if you do, ask Joe whether he subscribes to The
Briefing)...It's free and open to the public...Here's all the details:

topical political issues as well....
