Lots of news moving on the DC sniper front in the last 24 hours, particularly this 
morning...Richmond, VA law enforcement officials confirm that "two male subjects" are 
in custody and are being questioned...

"The two people that we have in custody, at this time, are being questioned in regards 
to the sniper shooting," Stuart Cook of the Hanover County Sheriff's office told 
reporters. "We are continuing to investigate this case. They are being 
questioned in regards to the investigation but have not been charged." 

Also: Ballistics evidence from Saturday night's shooting match other 
shootings...Police have also been in communication with someone who left a phone 
number at the crime scene...A Rockville, MD presser was tentatively scheduled this 
afternoon and now has been canceled and a federal official involved with the sniper 
investigation tells NBC that the police did not find a gun in the van seized in 
Richmond so the plot thickens...

By the time you read this there may even be more developments...We're going live for 
the full hour on this one folks...We're even sending Shuster and Jamison into the 
fray...We'll then come out with an all star panel to "slice and dice" the latest 
news...What we know, what we don't know and where this is all may be headed...
