------------------------------------------------------

Ok, so it's one of those late days and I'll just have to shamelessly blame it on the
snow storm in DC...Well, it's not exactly a "storm" but it's causing delays in the
Briefing...(Yeah, that's the ticket)...Chris is going to do the show from New York
tonight because of the weather and we almost had to come out of Chicago...

Anyway it's a perfect night to snuggle up in front of the fire, maybe with your
favorite blankie, a cup of cocoa and Chris Matthews...Did you see the cover story in
this week's Newsweek? It's about abstinence education and a growing number of teens
who are saying yes to virginity...What's the deal and what about those who think safe
sex should be taught as well? We'll lead A & B with Loveline's Dr. Drew Pinsky, teen
advice columnist Sari Locker (http://sarilocker.com/) USA Today calls her the "Dr.
Ruth of Gen X"...Plus, Elayne Bennett, president of the Best Friends Foundation

In the C block, we've got Barney who's got bad news for Al.....Talk about Dems in
Disarray...

In the D block, we'll talk to Kudlow about United Airlines' impending bankruptcy..

In the buzz we'll talk to Michelle Cottle and Coulter about the new Pew Research
Center of 44 foreign nations and their attitude towards America...Basically they hate
us and think we're invading Iraq to control the oil...

We'll also to the Hardball hotseat kid and play a clip from Jack Welch last night on
the College Tour...

You're gonna dig it I'm sure...Pls join us...Dominic Bellone put the Briefing together
in snowy DC...
