            The Hardball Briefing On MSNBC
------------------------------------------------------

Tonight is going to be an action packed thriller of an hour on Hardball...I guarantee
it...We lead with the troubling threat level this country finds itself in
today...Orange color threat ("high risk") is just under the highest threat level of
red ("severe")...No wonder I've seen more armed cops on the Metro subway this
week...Terrorism analyst Steve Emerson and fmr. NYC police Commish Bernard Kerik weigh
in on what it all means and how you should change your lifestyle...

Then in the B/C blocks we'll lighten things up a bit, (or darken them depending on
your view) by looking at Michael Jackson's latest meltdown...Has Jacko truly gone
wacko?? They did that big two hour expose last night (you only saw an hour because the
second hour coincided with Hardball)...We'll show you what you missed and talk to Dr.
Drew Pinsky, Toure, a writer for Rolling Stone (the mag, not the band and yes he only
has one name) and PR crisis management guru, Eric Dezenhall...

In the slammin' back half we'll melt the east coast snow storm with the kinda heat
we're bringing....Caddell, Fund, Jeffers & Dornan...Folks, it just doesn't get any
hotter than that and these guys come to play...We'll do the Iraq/North Korea round up
in D...NBC-WSJ polls...Edwards on Clinton from last night in E....and Clinton on Larry
last night in F...We'll play the sots (sound on tape) and get panel reax...Folks, I
talked to Caddell yesterday and he was spittin' mad at the "confederacy of Jacobins"
which have hijacked this government...

Tonight's show is a "sine qua non" for your evening...No doubt about it...If you've
been stuck in the snow, play it safe...Make some hot chocolate, some coffee, maybe
order some of your favorite food and kick it freestyle with Hardball...
