like Martha Stewart? Are you a fan of hers? Well guess what? She's in trouble...Big
time...She may get arrested tomorrow as a matter of fact...The indictment on charges
including obstruction of justice, making false statements, securities fraud and
conspiracy could come as soon as tomorrow...CNBC reported that "insider trading" would
not be a part of the indictment...CNBC also informs us that Stewart would step down as
CEO of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc....New to the story? Tune tonight for the
latest...Kudlow will play defense...Another guest tonight, Joe Tacopina, says the
situation "looks stinky for her"...His words folks, not mine...
Also, we'll look into the growing chorus of voices asking the question: Where are the
weapons of mass destruction (WMD)? The Senate is going to launch an investigation
into the intelligence on WMD leading up the war...The what did we know and when did we
know kinda thing...Just hitting the wires now is the fact that the British House of
Commons will launch a similar investigation as well...
