speech at the United Nations and the judgement from California's 9th Circuit that the 
Recall will proceed on October 7th...Another editorial subtext is the USA Today/Gallup 
poll released this week showing the President vulnerable in head to head '04 matchups 
as well as Iraq...Wesley Clark, who just announced last week even has a slight edge 
over POTUS, 49%-46%...

You can bet we'll be doing some major league slicin' and dicin' with Senator Joe Biden 
(D-DE) and Peggy...We'll also do a hit at the top with Andrea Mitchell to fill you in 
on the major highlights of the speech...

In the D block debate we'll dive into the Recall with a Dreier/Torres matchup...Folks,
