everone's proverbial "short list".

covering the Bush national guard stuff from the north lawn, and fmr. Gephardt
strategist Steve Murphy...We'll do presidential politics from the Dem & GOP angles...

Mortman latest: Democrats MIA from values debate...Are Democrats out of synch with
American attitudes on pop culture and values? Are they ceding the culture war to the
Republicans without firing a shot? Considering the recent Super Bowl flap, perhaps so.

PS..You gotta love this quote, huh?

Chris from Tuesday night...

And you could have sex tonight and the baby would be born before this presidential
election. That`s how far off it is, guys. Do you imagine that?...Ron [Reagan, Jr.],
I thought about gestation here. I`m talking about having congress with somebody
tonight, in the political language there, and nine months from now we`re having the
presidential election. So the conception of John Kerry has occurred; the birth is nine
months from now. I mean, I don`t want to play this too long, but that`s a long time.
Anybody`s ever waited for a baby to be born. It`s a long time between now and
September."
