We're going live for much of the hour tonight on Schiavo...The legal trajectory
of this case is not trending in the parent's favor...They are back to the full
11th Circuit Court of Appeals for another review after a 3 judge panel from
that Circuit declined to intervene...If that fails, we may be looking at a
petition before the Supremes...Anything can happen in the next several
hours...We're monitoring all of the developments and will bring you the last at
the top of 7 pm ET.

We'll debate the legal issues with constitutional lawyer Jay Sekulow
http://www.aclj.org/AboutJay/Default.aspx

We'll discuss Congressional action and intent last weekend with Rep. Jim Moran
(D-VA) & Rep. Jeff Miller (R-FL).

We'll do the politics of it in the back half with Pat and Katrina, both of whom
are fired up...

Remember that story yesterday about Barry Lynn, Americans United for Separation
of Church and State, who leaked a secret audiotape of a meeting of Christian
conservatives strategizing over the Schiavo case? It was in the New York
Times...We'll talk to Barry and ask him how and why he got the tape...We'll
also get reax from a senior Family Research Council official, Ken Connor...

We wrap up with Rick Warren, author of "The Purpose Driven Life" which seems to
the be the "it" book these days post Atlanta courtroom shooting...We'll get his
take on the Schiavo case..

Pls join us...Dominic Bellone wrote, compiled and edited The Hardball Briefing
