is recorded...Search and rescue efforts are underway but many areas remain
unreachable...Fires raged unchecked at some homes and businesses as emergency
crews were unable to put them out due to the surrounding floods...Many people
have had to punch holes in their ceilings to escape their flooded
homes...Others were not so lucky
