Tonight on Hardball, we'll begin with NBC's Michelle Kosinski, reporting from
Georgia where President Bush is scheduled to speak tonight at 5 PM ET. A new
battle has emerged on Capitol Hill between Sen. John Kerry (D-MA)and the GOP
over Kerry's statement that President Bush and his administration owe U.S.
troops an apology for misleading them into war
(http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/15499174/). The President is expected to address
Kerry's comments during his speech. Chuck Todd, MSNBC Political Analyst and
editor-in-chief of the Hotline, and Newsweek's Jonathan Alter will join us
later in the program to talk about whether this newest war of words will carry
over to next Tuesday.

Then we'll turn to Hardball Correspondent David Shuster for a report on the
political implications of the bloody month in Iraq. And for more on the Iraq
effect on Decision 2006, and how the GOP plans to overcome recent party
scandals and setbacks before Election Day, we'll be joined by former House
Majority Leader Dick Armey (R-TX).

NBC's Chief White House Correspondent David Gregory will report on the
controversy surrounding Michael J. Fox's appearance in a political ad
supporting stem cell research and stumping on the campaign trail. And don't

Google-bombs. Never heard of Google-bombing? Tune in tonight to learn what
it's all about.
