------------------------------------------------------
The House debate over Iraq begins, but President Bush says he doesn't plan on
watching. Meanwhile, a USA TODAY/Gallup poll finds that 63% of Americans
surveyed want all U.S. troops out of Iraq by the end of 2008
(http://www.usatoday.com/news/washington/2007-02-12-troops-poll_x.htm). Plus,
the defense continues in the CIA leak trial of Scooter Libby, and the field
grows in the race for '08. That's all tonight on Hardball at 5 and 7 PM EST,
only on MSNBC.

A vote on the House resolution may come as early as Friday. What's next on the
agenda? And what impact will the resolution have on the president and his plan
to send more troops to Iraq? Reps. Jack Kingston (R-GA) and Tim Walz (D-MN)
will be here to talk about those questions and we'll hear from NBC News
Political Analyst Charlie Cook.

Then, we'll have the latest on "Picking the Next President." Today, former
Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney (R) officially threw his hat into the '08 ring
(http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/17128433/). John Harwood, CNBC's chief Washington
correspondent and political editor for the Wall Street Journal, MSNBC political
analyst Pat Buchanan, and MSNBC contributor Mike Barnicle will hash out all the
news in the race for the White House.

And one of the '08 contenders, Sen. Chris Dodd (D-CT) talks to Chris about his
competition for the Democratic nomination, Iraq, Iran and more.
