(This is a resend) Regarding your second question, the message "AMIE LINK OUT OF ORDER" is the DISABLE text for the protocol DVBA C&P SCHD EVENT. This message is not an error, but looks abnormal and can be annoying. One option is to change the text to be invisible or innocuous, e.g. blank spaces or ellipses, etc.
This question reminds me of a related observation which may be of interest. After displaying the associated text for a disabled protocol the unwinder calls READ^XQOR4 _unconditionally_ (Press RETURN to continue). However, it is possible for a background job (task) to invoke ^XQOR for a protocol that has been disabled. Possibly ^XQOR should test ZTQUEUED to avoid a READ error when called from the background for a disabled protocol (or option)?
