In the strictest interpretation GUI, I would suggest ScreenMan qualifies,
though a "point and click" GUI - it is NOT. A weakness of ScreenMan is the
"inquiry only" mode does not work well and it gets cumbersome if a lot of
people want to look at the same record at once. I suspect that is one thing
behind the lack of popularity.

ScreenMan is alive and well in the VistA package - in that respect, it is
well positioned and useable to edit options and design screen interfaces. If
one thinks of CPRS as VistA, There is no connection with ScreenMan.
