Also if anyone wants me to reformat these into a file for import to VistA give me a file format (fields, length etc) and I'll get it done.

I was wrong. The ICD9 codes are freebees from here, but I don't know if they will load into VistA. ftp://ftp.cdc.gov/pub/Health_Statistics/NCHS/Publications/ICD9-CM/2004/
