UltraEdit has a MUMPS syntax coloring add-on.

I haven't yet seen any non-trivial MUMPS syntax files for any general
purpose editor except for the one I wrote for VIM. (see
http://birch.vmth.ucdavis.edu:8080/m2web/doc/mumps.vim). If syntax files for
Kate are based on regular expressions, mumps.vim might be a good place to
start in constructing one.
