Sorry, I didn't mean to be. Just terse. Like you I wish there exist web versions of the kernel docs but as you can see even the .pdf version dates back to 1995 which isn't exactly current. As far as the VA is concerned VistA M is Legacy and only minimal resources are spent for it.
