CPRS is written in Delphi. There is a lot of free documentation to get you started, but if you check, I think you got a reply from someone saying that had been done already, so you might be able to track the person down. If you want more info about Delphi, let me know. I may not be able to program in it, but I did start to get my feet wet and have gathered some resources that might help. There are also several Delphi programmers that hang out on this list.
