If you've got the FileMan documentation, look at using routine DIK
to delete a record from programmer mode.  It should suffice to get
FileMan variables set up (just D P^DI for example), then set DIK=the file
global reference (I think it's "^XTV(8989.3,",DA= the entry number to delete
and D ^DIK.  This is NOT something to be done lightly, but should
be fine in your case.  Just make sure that it really is the Kernel
System Parameters and not one of the other files starting with "KERNEL"
or you could potentially mess the system up and be sure that there are
no records pointing to the entries you created (I don't believe it's a
problem with that file, but things could have changed since the version
I have).
