I will send you my document of all of the tricks in the book.  Also, how
have you got your vmware set up? Bhaskar advised me and it worked that you
have it as viance and bridged with a local network IP assigned.  Does your
/home/user/.ssh/known_hosts file have your computer in it in a way that it
is suspicious - like maybe you moved the drive to a different computer or
changed the network card? How about your router? and software firewall? Are
they both instructed to like CPRS?  Have you got the box:volume or volume
right in the Taskman, Kernel and RPC Broker parameters? Check D ^XTER for
errors.

yes,
  I tried that command before a clean start of gtm, only  because it
was listed as the necessary shutdown step  . That mupip command line had
reported success (I didnt know if there was any other form of repair
necessary) and it hasnt changed the failures that I encounter in
cprschart.
