Have a look through the list archives, there has been extensive discussion of the CPRS code, Delphi etc. some in the context of porting to Kylix.
Which makes me think that it would be helpful to have a "best of hardhats" organized by subject on the WorldVistA sourceforge site. Will try to get this started next week at the Greenbelt meeting.
