Dr Giere in Germany posted a problem with running DINIT this morning.

I am not sure at first glance what is causing the problem he mentions.   In 
the FOIA release,
$L(^DD(.1,.01,1,3,1))=228  and
$L(^DD(.1,.01,1,3,2))=226
Looks to me like GT.M is complaining about the length of subscripted 
reference, PLUS its value being more than 256.  But this is quite legal 
according to the Portability Standard, the way I read it.


I just want to assure everyone that there is no design change in VA FileMan. 
We still maintain the 255-character limit.
