Your screen scrape shows (Process Entry) unavailable.  This is puzzling 
because the protocol IBCNB LIST PROCESS SCREEN itself has no screen.  Once 
you get past this point, keys are needed.  For example, IBCNB PROCESS ACCEPT 
requires the IB INSURANCE SUPERVISOR key.

I would suggest to examine the IBCNB LIST PROCESS SCREEN protocol.  The 
November 2004 FOIA release has -

IBCNB PROCESS ACCEPT <<== Requires the "IB INSURANCE SUPERVISOR" key

Hi all,
The "Process Insurance Buffer" Screen in the "Patient Insurance Menu" 
option still does not allow me to choose any action from the list of 
actions it provides. I have given the required keys to  access this 
option. The following are the keys that I have assigned myself with -

IB SUPERVISOR
IB INSURANCE SUPERVISOR
IB CLAIMS SUPERVISOR
IB AUTHORIZE
IB EDIT
The screen as it shows -

I understand that if one does not have the right keys/permissions, then 
one cannot see the screen. I can see the screen, but it does not allow me 
to take any action or do anything after this point.  Even if I choose an 
action, it says - ">>> Process Entry may not be selected at this point.". 
What could be the reason? What does the parenthesis around the action 
mean?
