Thanks George.
However, after several hours I have not gotten it to work in a standalone environment (works great in my VistA environment). Here are some things I found. Some of these may be due to my ignorance (it's been a long time since I worked with this) so don't be afraid to point that out.
1) The fm22.rsa file in the kit was made with Cache and apparently is in a format the GT.M does not like. I unzipped it, did dos2unix on it and then tried to import it with %RI. It wouldn't load anything. I then imported the original fm22.rsa to Cache and exported it in DSM format. Running dos2unix on that file and importing with %RI then worked. What did I do wrong?
2) Apparently DINZMGR does not work on GT.M so the instructions tell you to go to the "Package Management chapter of the Programmers Manual" in several places to set up ^%ZOSF manually. As far as I can see that chapter does not exist in the Programmers Manual - at least I couldn't find it. As far as I can tell they really meant the System Management chapter in the Advanced User Manual. Of course, this assumes that you know all the GT.M instructions for the required nodes (or want to know them :-)
Are there any plans to make DINZMGR work with GT.M?

At the beginning of the week, Terry Wiechmann asked: 'What"s the fastest way to get just the latest File Manager kit?'
Fil Beza suggested just extracting it from the latest FOIA, but Lloyd Milligan & I have done that for you. Go to http://www.hardhats.org/fileman/FMrepairs.html. The "Download it right here!" link has been updated to access a zipped-up version of the latest FOIA version of the DI*, DD*, and DM* routines.
