Cameron, would you include HL7 files as part of Infrastructure/Kernel?

I'm starting to prepare cut my DIAMOND and the last time I did it, I
didn't include HL7 files. I was thinking of keeping them this time.

A complete VA FileMan (without the other Kernel components such as
Package file, Options supported by Menuman, etc.) is in the three
namespaces of DI*, DD* and DM*. From Viva or semi-Viva, just copy those
routines to another folder and use just that folder. You'll need one
more routine for GT.M and that is ZOSFGUX. Do that routine to set up
%ZOSF and then DO ^DINIT. That will give you the bare bones VA FileMan.
