Names and numbers have been set aside for WorldVistA projects and another set 
for end-user projects.  I believe that David Whitten is working out a scheme 
for managing these.

Should, or does, WorldVistA have a single DBA to coordinate namespace issues
for all vendor work?  Or is Cameron already the DBA for WorldVistA.  I have
never heard that expressed that way, but it would seem right.

I think the new namespace assigned by Cameron for pediatrics is PED.  I
would 
like to say that the safest thing might be a new namespace for your user 
added stuff, but heaven knows what Cameron will think up next!
