My initial goal was a repository of progress notes. 
Of course, as I have shown members of my group the
CPRS client, they immediately want prescription
writing and med side effects etc.

But right now, I can type progress notes into CPRS.

What I still need to achieve is an easy way of adding
patients to the system.  My initial plan was a
register-during-upload system through the
transcription system.  But it seems a bit restrictive
now, and I am trying to decide if there is another
straightforward way of doing it.
