Believe me, you do not want to connect to Austin.  That is the US Department 
of Veteran's Affairs Master Patient Index.   Eventually, you may want your 
own MPI.   For now, let it time out, and I am sure someone will post a 
solution to that problem.  At one time, I found someplace where in the code 
the amount of time it was supposed to wait was entered and I wondered if just 
making that very short would be sufficient particularly as it would allow 
them to put in their own MPI sometime in the future.  Perhaps someone knows 
if this would suffice.
