Get the OpenVistA ViVA 0.4 live CD at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/worldvista - yes, it does work, and he
can both use it as a live CD as well as install Linux, GT.M and
OpenVistA to the hard disk (the Linux is a little dated - about a year
old - but works just fine and once installed on the hard drive can be
easily updated because it is a Debian based distribution).

By installation, do you mean to hard disk?  There is a menu item (under
"Morphix and configuration" for a hard disk install).  Or do you mean
the VistA configuration?  In that case, I must defer to those on this
list who know far more than I do.
