Pat -- Get the OpenVistA ViVA 0.4 live CD at http://sourceforge.net/projects/worldvista - yes, it does work, and he can both use it as a live CD as well as install Linux, GT.M and OpenVistA to the hard disk (the Linux is a little dated - about a year old - but works just fine and once installed on the hard drive can be easily updated because it is a Debian based distribution).
By installation, do you mean to hard disk? There is a menu item (under "Morphix and configuration" for a hard disk install). Or do you mean the VistA configuration? In that case, I must defer to those on this list who know far more than I do. -- Bhaskar On Fri, 2005-01-14 at 16:21, Pat Evans wrote: > To All, > I have a co-work who is taking some old PC's of ours to Ghana for a > hospital there. > I suggested WorldVistA/Open VistA to him and he is interested. > > Where is the CD image and does it work? > Is there an installation document? > > Pat > > > ------------------------------------------------------- > The SF.Net email is sponsored by: Beat the post-holiday blues > Get a FREE limited edition SourceForge.net t-shirt from ThinkGeek. > It's fun and FREE -- well, almost....http://www.thinkgeek.com/sfshirt > _______________________________________________ > Hardhats-members mailing list > [email protected] > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/hardhats-members *************************************************************************** This electronic mail transmission contains confidential and/or privileged information intended only for the person(s) named.
