Yep - it pulls data from several other sections including Notes to
generate a surgery targeted view.

iMedConsent(tm) has/is working with the surgery workgroup that's
building up the functionality internally within the VA.  I don't have
details on their goals, timeline, etc.  But the idea is that pre-op
doesn't involve going around the chart gathering the same data each time
and instead you get your data pulled together for you.

The way it reads I would assume it is not a COR or RPT tab but a tab
like 
those on the bottom of the CPRS windows that allows you to look at
differnet 
sections of the chart.
