I am only a volunteer with WorldVistA, and a physician, not a computer technical expert, but I am going to post your message on a mailing list called "Hardhats" where the people who are interested in the use of VistA outside of the VA subscribe. I think you will be likely to be contacted by a number of people who can provide you these services.
