Have you run afoul of a combination of fixing the number of jobs for #38 on the installation instructions for VistA on Cache on the Hardhats.org site and setting up VistA so there are some jobs left to use for accessing VistA to fix things in case all of the Taskman jobs were used up doing things? We discussed the latter on the list when talking about setting the various parameters for Taskman, RPC Broker, etc, so you might have done that and have forgotten about it.
