Click the "dropdown" (D2) and you will find the list includes all the cost
locations. Tennessee is one of the few states with a single "practice cost"
index. Most states have several (California=10). 

Look at the "Read 1st" worksheet. Then try the "RVU table"worksheet. The
fist real numbers show up around row=3120. The GPCIS table displays the
index driving the calculations. 

Go back to the "Find RVU" worksheet (first row with real numbers=3112.) and
search on a CPT you want to check price. Try changing the conversion factor
(F2) and see what happens. 

This Excel spreadsheet is one of the few things I have seen from a liability
carrier and a great tool with which to understand how RBRVS works. Hope all
these show up in Star office. Sounds like a good test for it as
