Subject: [Hardhats-members] Encounter providers not available in CPRS

I had made a sensitive patient by making an entry in the DG SECURITY LOG file, a couple of weeks ago. I realised that, after doing so, the encounter providers for CPRS vanished. However, when I create new providers, since the incident, only they are visible in "Provider & Location for Current Activities" popup in CPRS. 

When I was going through the "PIMS V. 5.3 ADT Module User Manual Registration Menu" manual, I discovered that by doing this entry, 

"an initialization resulting in all existing patients with an eligibility code of employee were automatically entered into the security log as sensitive by the system.  This is not automatic for employee patients subsequently entered into the system."

Probably that is why the providers entered afterwards are still visible as encounter providers.

How can we get all the providers, from the NEW PERSON file, in the selection list?
