Mark, You start up your server software with: do STRT^XWBTCP(9200) (9200 may be replaced with any port number you want).
You then have to tell CPRS to contact the server with this same port number. I think the syntax is this: CPRSChart.exe s=192.168.0.1 p=9210 But follow Nancy's instructions on this one...
