Did anyone else listen to NPR this afternoon? They were talking about CPOE and how it is just introducing new kinds of errors.
The final mention was of the VA & how it pretty much had the problem solved.
They also mention that perhaps smaller hospitals should wait until the larger facilities worked it out.
